Please read carefully
These Terms contain a binding arbitration provision and a class action waiver in Section 15. They affect how disputes between you and ROBI Wash are resolved, and they mean you are giving up the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by following the instructions in Section 15.7.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ROBI Wash LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("ROBI Wash," "we," "us," or "our").
They govern your use of the ROBI Wash mobile application, our website at robiwash.app, and the self-service laundry equipment at our locations (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, starting a machine, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to create an account and enter into these Terms.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and your device, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at robiwash.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
3. Using the machines
Our locations are self-service. When you start a machine through the app, you agree to:
- follow the operating instructions posted at the location and displayed in the app;
- use only detergents, bleach, and additives suitable for commercial laundry equipment, in the quantities indicated;
- observe the stated load capacity of each washer and dryer and not overload them;
- keep out of the machines any item prohibited by the posted instructions, including items contaminated with gasoline, solvents, cooking oil, paint, wax, or other flammable substances — these are a fire hazard in a dryer;
- supervise any minor you bring to a location at all times;
- remove your laundry promptly after a cycle finishes so the machine is available to others;
- not tamper with, damage, disassemble, or attempt to bypass any machine, lock, sensor, payment terminal, or other equipment.
You are responsible for any damage to our equipment or premises caused by your misuse, negligence, or violation of these Terms, and you agree to reimburse us for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
4. Pricing and payment
- The price of each cycle is displayed in the app before you confirm and start a machine. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- By confirming, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the displayed amount, plus any applicable sales tax, to your selected payment method.
- The price shown at the moment you confirm is the price that applies to that cycle. We may change prices at any time for future cycles.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number or security code. Your use of the payment method is also subject to your card issuer's terms.
- A receipt is available in the app after each transaction.
- If a charge is declined, reversed, or returned unpaid, we may suspend your account until the balance is resolved.
5. Cancellations and refunds
A cycle cannot be cancelled once the machine has started. You are requesting immediate performance, and the machine begins operating right away.
We will issue a refund when:
- you were charged but the machine did not start;
- the machine stopped mid-cycle because of a malfunction on our side;
- you were charged more than once for the same cycle; or
- we otherwise determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
Email robiwash.app@gmail.com within 30 days of the transaction with your receipt details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We may issue account credit instead of a refund where you agree to it.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer so we can resolve it directly.
6. Your laundry and your property
ROBI Wash provides self-service laundry equipment only. We are not a laundry, dry-cleaning, wash-and-fold, or bailment service. We never take custody, control, or possession of your clothing or other property, and no bailment is created by your use of the Services.
You load, start, monitor, and retrieve your own laundry, and you are solely responsible for your property at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, your property, including damage resulting from:
- items unsuitable for commercial machine washing or drying;
- selecting an incorrect cycle, temperature, or setting;
- overloading a machine or using an inappropriate detergent or additive;
- items left in pockets, including pens, cosmetics, tissues, and electronics;
- dye transfer, shrinkage, or ordinary wear from laundering; or
- property left unattended, taken by another person, or left behind.
Items left at a location will be held as lost property for 30 days and may then be donated or discarded. We are not responsible for unclaimed property.
7. Service availability
We work to keep our machines in good order and our app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Machines may be out of service for maintenance, repair, utility interruptions, or reasons outside our control, and the app may be unavailable during maintenance windows or because of network, hosting, or other third-party outages. Location hours may change without notice.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- start or attempt to start a machine you have not paid for, or otherwise circumvent payment;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- access the Services by automated means, scrape them, or interfere with their normal operation;
- introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or equipment;
- use the Services to conduct a commercial laundry business without our written agreement;
- harass, threaten, or interfere with our staff or other customers; or
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The ROBI Wash name, logo, app, website, software, designs, and content are owned by ROBI Wash LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
10. App store terms
You obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund your purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted party list.
11. Text messages and notifications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us about your account and your laundry cycles, including verification codes and cycle-completion alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts may limit our ability to notify you about your cycles. You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The services, including all machines, equipment, the app, and the website, are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROBI Wash disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any machine will be available at a given time, or that any defect will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from ROBI Wash creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROBI Wash and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of ROBI Wash arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ROBI Wash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.
15. Dispute resolution and arbitration
15.1 Informal resolution first
Before starting an arbitration or filing any claim, you agree to contact us at robiwash.app@gmail.com and describe the dispute and the relief you seek. We will do the same for any claim we have against you. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days from the date of that notice. This informal process is a condition precedent to starting arbitration.
15.2 Agreement to arbitrate
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and ROBI Wash agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except as stated in Section 15.5. You and ROBI Wash are each waiving the right to a trial by jury.
15.3 Arbitration rules and procedure
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitration will take place in the county where you reside, or at another mutually agreed location, or by videoconference or on the documents where the AAA rules permit. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. We will pay the arbitration filing and administrative fees to the extent required by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
15.4 Class action waiver
You and ROBI Wash agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim, and only that claim, will proceed in court and be severed from any arbitration.
15.5 Exceptions
Either party may:
- bring an individual claim in small claims court, if it qualifies and remains in that court; and
- seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to stop unauthorized access to the Services.
15.6 Time limit
Any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
15.7 How to opt out of arbitration
You may opt out of Sections 15.2 through 15.4 within 30 days of the date you first accept these Terms. To opt out, email robiwash.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," and include your full name, the email address or phone number on your account, and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms, and it will not affect your use of the Services in any way.
16. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to Section 15. Where Section 15 does not apply, you and ROBI Wash consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 9, and 12 through 20 — will survive.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and delete your account.
19. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ROBI Wash regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices. We may give notice by email to the address on your account, by in-app message, or by posting on this website.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
